These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Axon-Jira ("Axon-Jira", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Axon-Jira platform at axonjira.com and all related features (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Axon-Jira only if you are at least 16 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country for online services. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" then refers to both you and that organization.
You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, including export-control and sanctions laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for every activity that takes place under your account, and for the accuracy of the information you provide at signup. You agree to notify us immediately at security@axonjira.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel accounts that contain inaccurate information, that were created to circumvent a prior ban, or that are used to impersonate another person or entity.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and you agree not to:
• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual-property and privacy rights); • Upload, store, or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence or self-harm; • Upload malware, conduct phishing, scrape data, reverse-engineer the Service, or probe it for vulnerabilities — except through responsible disclosure to security@axonjira.com; • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, quotas, or access data that does not belong to you; • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks (including by flooding, denial-of-service, or resource exhaustion); • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam; • Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties except as expressly permitted.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this section, without prior notice, when necessary to protect the Service or other users.
You retain all rights to the projects, tasks, comments, files, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share it.
By submitting Your Content, you grant Axon-Jira a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and create derivative copies of Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and to provide it to you and the teammates you share with. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except where we must retain it to comply with a legal obligation or in anonymized backups as described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third-party right. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@axonjira.com that describes the work, identifies the infringing location, and confirms in good faith that the use is not authorized.
We work to keep the Service available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practical. Scheduled maintenance, incidents at our infrastructure providers (Google Firebase, Resend, Cloudflare), and events beyond our reasonable control may cause downtime or data-access delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The Service and all related content, software, and materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• In no event will Axon-Jira, its operators, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk for the Service or other users, remain inactive for an extended period, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We will handle any remaining personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply after termination.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights, nothing in this section deprives you of those rights and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, to our processors, or to legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and you may delete your account.
